PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice interactive terminal device which performs interactive processings, based on a scenario and can be made to easily start, by extracting commands used frequently according to the user's circumstances based on the scenario. SOLUTION: The command candidate vocabulary extracted from scenario data and the circumstances, where the commands are started are kept stored as history information and the collection of the commands appropriate to the present circumstances are set dynamically, based on the history information.
