PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a camera using a plurality of power supplies having different maximum powers while switching in which a function similar to that when a power supply having a highest maximum power is used can be achieved even when a power supply having a relatively low maximum power is used. SOLUTION: When a power supply having a relatively low maximum power is used, speed of panning or tilt zooming is lowered or illumination power is suppressed.
