PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the conventional water generator wherein it costs a lot to install taking-in places of seawater, contaminated water or water vapor, or to transport these to a using place by a pipeline or a tank truck. SOLUTION: This fresh water generator is directly installed at the using place of life water, drinking water or agricultural water to reduce the cost, and takes in atmospheric water vapor to secure life water, drinking water or agricultural water.
