PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of excessive space for housing a pull-out roller and a winding roller by housing the pull-out roller and the winding roller at a part lower than a counter for placing balls. SOLUTION: A ball polishing and lifting device 11 is provided with a conveyor belt 12 and a ball polishing belt 21 installed facing the conveyor belt 12, lifts pachinko balls w while polishing them by making the conveyor belt 12 and the ball polishing belt 21 face each other, and is provided with the pull-out roller 31 around which an unused ball polishing belt 21 is wound so as to be pulled out and the winding roller 41 for winding the used ball polishing belt 21.
