PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a skin of a seat back from being damaged with a headrest by preventing the frame of the headrest from being brought into contact with the skin of the seat back when the headrest is slid with respect to the seat back. SOLUTION: In the car seat 30, the seat back 33 is fitted to a seat cushion 32, and the headrest 34 is fitted to the seat back 33 in a vertically freely movable state. When a wadding or wadding cotton having impact buffering property or elasticity is designated as a wadding material 152, an elastic skin material 147 obtained by backing a skin material 151 with the wadding material 152 is provided within the movable range of the frame 144 of the headrest 34, the upper end of the elastic skin material 147 is sewn to the skin 133 of the seat back 33, and the lower end of the elastic skin material 147 is engaged with a first wire 141 supporting the pad 132 of the seat back 33 by a hook 148.
