SOLID-LIQUID SEPERATION AND FILTERATION APPARATUS

A solid-liquid separation and filtration equipment which is convenient and can improve treatment productivity by automatically removing particles stuck and accumulated onto a filter according to proceeding of solid-liquid separation is provided. A solid-liquid separation and filtration equipment comprises: a cartridge filter body(104) which divides the interior of a case into an internal space part(106) and an external space part(108) and has a contaminated liquid inlet(110) and a fluid outlet formed thereon; a rotation shaft(130) which is rotatably installed by vertically passing through a central part of the cartridge filter body and formed in a pipe shape having a passage therein, and on which a plurality of pipe-shaped blades(132) are aligned in a way that the blades are spaced from one another in a predetermined distance and projected in the side direction; a particle collection tank connected to a lower end of the rotation shaft extending outward such that the particle collection tank communicates with the rotation shaft to collect removed particles; a gas supply pipe(170) connected to the filter body to inject pressurized gas for pressurizing the internal space part into the internal space part; a pressure measuring means(150) mounted on the filter body to measure pressure of the internal space part; a differential pressure measuring means(160) mounted on the filter body to measure a differential pressure between the internal and external space parts; and a control means for controlling overall operation of the equipment.
