A method for transceiving data to wire and wireless networks by using a relay portal is provided to prevent a loop from being generated through the relay portal and a main portal. A wireless terminal decides whether a relay portal is designated or the relay portal is selected(S602). If not, the terminal selects a relay portal among portals existing in a network(S604). The terminal decides whether more than two relay portals are designated(S610). If one relay portal is designated, the terminal transmits data by setting the corresponding relay portal to a receiver(S612).
