An electro-magnetic force driving actuator and a circuit breaker using the same are provided to reduce a height or a size of the actuator by directly connecting a moving member to the circuit breaker. In an electro-magnetic force driving actuator(100), a fixed iron core(110) forms the whole outer shape of the actuator by being composed of a magnetic body, and has two paths(111) having predetermined length to up and down directions and penetrated to front and rear directions, and an intermediate wall(112) formed by the two paths(111). A permanent magnet(200,300) is placed on more than one sidewall of both sidewalls of each of the two paths(111). A coil is embedded in the two paths(111) of the fixed iron core(110), wherein the coil is wound in an orthogonal direction to the permanent magnet(200,300), right and left sides thereof penetrate the paths(111), and front and rear sides thereof are exposed to the outside. And, a moving member(400) performs a linear reciprocating movement in a lengthwise direction of the paths(111) where the permanent magnet is arranged by a magnetic field due to the permanent magnet(200,300) and an electron repulsive force due to current density of the coil when current is supplied to the coil forwardly or reversely.
