A portable terminal with a separable speaker is provided to enable a speaker case in which the speaker is received to be selectively extracted to the outside of a terminal body, thus the speaker can be easily exchanged and repaired. A terminal body(110) is equipped. A speaker case(142) is received inside the terminal body(110), and is installed to be selectively extracted to the outside of the terminal body(110). A speaker(140) is detachably combined with the speaker case(142). The terminal body(110) consists of a body unit(120) and a folder unit(130) which is folded on the body unit(120) and connected to the body unit(120) in relative rotation way to open and close a front side of the body unit(120).
