A condensing type washing and drying machine is provided to reduce the drying time of the laundry by preventing the movable volume of the circulation air from being reduced, and to remove the installation difficulty by placing the low temperature sensor at the discharge path. A condensing type washing and drying machine comprises: a cabinet(110) formed with a receiving space inside; a tub(120) rotatably receiving a drum(130) having plural penetration holes(131) inside; a condensation duct(140) communicated with the tub to condense the air by the condensate; a heating duct(150) whose both ends are communicated to the condensation duct and the drum, and installed with a heater for heating the air condensed at the condensation duct and a circulation fan(151) for blowing the heated air into the drum; a discharge path(125) communicated with the tub and installed with a pump to discharge the condensate; a hot temperature sensor(161) for measuring the temperature of the air flown between the tub and the drum; a low temperature sensor(163) for measuring the discharge temperature of the condensate; and a control unit for comparing the measurement value of the two sensors and controlling the drying operation.
