<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiver capable of relaxing stresses exerted by a flexible substrate to an optical module substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical transceiver, there are connected, through a flexible substrate 4, a rigid substrate 2 which is for an optical module and which is fitted to the optical module 1 in an attitude that is right-angled with respect to the optical axis of the optical module 1 stored in a housing, and a rigid substrate 3 which is for an electric circuit and which is installed on the bottom of the housing in an attitude substantially parallel to the optical axis of the optical module 1. In this optical transceiver, a stress-relaxing member 6 is provided, whose one end comes in contact with the upper cover 5 of the housing and which is sandwitched between the optical module 1 and the rigid substrate 2 for the optical module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
