PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation arrangement of a video display device which can be easily and rapidly mounted without requiring a large space above the device. SOLUTION: The video display device 1 is constituted connectably and fixably by lifting the video display device 1 situated on a floor side by means of a lifter A to a suspension support member P suspended from a ceiling, thereby fitting a fitting member provided with the video display device 1. The lifter A is equipped with a tension member 10 which pulls up the video display device 1, a fixing side member 14 which is equipped with a connecting section 11 removably mounted on the supporting member P and connected with the tension member 10, and an upper pulley for moving and guiding the tension member 10 wound and returned to the lower video display device side from the connecting section 11, and a movable member 17 provided with a lower pulley which is fixed to the rear surface of the video display device 1, is wound with the tension member 10 from the connecting section 11 and hands over the member to the upper pulley of the fixing side member 14.
