PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily center the center axis of a core even if the tolerance of the inner diameter dimension of a rotor body is large. SOLUTION: Six projected parts 56 press-fitted to the inner peripheral surface of a winding shaft body by inserting a third wheel member 47 into an internal space are formed on the outer peripheral surface 55A of the wheel body part 55 of a disk-like or roughly disk-like third wheel member 47 as a core inserted into the internal space of the winding shaft body as the hollow part of the rotor body at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the third wheel member 47 by hitting the side face part 55E thereof near the outer peripheral surface 55A.
