PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cutting tool to further deeply machine a workpiece by preventing the end part of a sleeve body from being in contact with the workpiece. SOLUTION: The eccentric sleeve is provided with the cylindrical sleeve body 4 for holding a shank 3 of the cutting tool 2. A holding hole 6 for holding the shank 3 is formed eccentrically from the axial center (A) of the sleeve body 4 so that the cutting edge 2c of the cutting tool 2 is protruded externally from the radial outer edge 4c of the sleeve body 4.
