PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion into a site to be treated in a lithomyl which is inserted through an endoscope to crush a calculus. SOLUTION: A lithomyl 1 has a calculus crusher 3 detachably mounted on an operating part 2. The crusher 3 has a long-sized flexible insertion part 5 at the tip part of a unit body 4 and a basket part 6 is so arranged as to freely protrude or retract from the tip of the insertion part 5.
