A slim-type portable communication device with a high-capacity camera lens module is provided to allow the high-capacity camera lens module with a zoom function to be mounted by confronting a receiver while the camera lens module is rotated at 0 to 360 degrees, thereby being beneficial to slimness and convenient for being used in camera mode. A body housing is equipped. A twist housing comprises as follows. A receiver is disposed on an upper side while a camera lens module(212) is disposed on a lower side. The twist housing is mounted so that the camera lens module(212) and the receiver are confronted with each other. When the twist housing is rotated at approximately 180 degrees, the upper side of the body housing and the lower side of the twist housing are put on the same plane so that the camera lens module(212) and a display device(110) neighbor on each other.
