A stirrer fan driving apparatus of a microwave oven is provided to heat food evenly by installing plural stirrer fans, to distribute microwave efficiently by controlling rotary direction and rotary speed of the stirrer fan, and to improve visibility by forming a transparent cover in an upper part of a cavity. At least two or more stirrer fans(32a,32b) are installed in an upper part of a cavity(2) to irradiate and diffuse microwave into the cavity, and fan motors(34a,34b) are installed in upper parts of the stirrer fans to supply power to the stirrer fans corresponding to the stirrer fans. Microwave is generated from a magnetron(12) and scattered and supplied to the cavity. A fan housing(20) is installed in the upper part of the cavity to turn and support the stirrer fans. An upper part of the cavity is formed of a transparent cover to show the stirrer fans, and the transparent cover is made of heat resisting transparent glass or ceramic.
