A mobile communication terminal having hearing aid compatibility is provided to allow induction coils to be wound on a receiver and a speaker, thereby increasing winding length and the number of winding times of the induction coils, consequently the compatibility of hearing aid is improved. Induction coils(115,125) are individually wound along external diameters of a diaphragm(111) of a receiver(110) and a speaker(120). The induction coil(115) of the receiver(110) is connected with the induction coil(125) of the speaker(120), and a voice coil(113) of the receiver(110) is connected with the induction coil(125) of the speaker(120). A coil connected to a speaker cathode of an MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(130) forms a voice coil(123) that covers the speaker(120), and is connected to a speaker anode of the MSM(130).
