METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR CONSTRUCTING 2 PLY UPPER BOARD OF DRY TYPE HEATING SYSTEM

A structure for constructing a two-ply upper board in a dry heating system and a method thereof are provided to maintain smoothness by removing stepped portions of a joint portion, and to improve quality by minimizing bending of the upper board. A dry heating system includes a thermal insulation material(20) formed on a slab(10), a side molding material(70) formed at a side of the thermal insulation material and fixed on the slab by a concrete tacker pin(100), a radiating member(30) installed in an upper part of the thermal insulation material to use hot water as a heat source, a first upper board(40) stacked on the radiating member and fastened to the side molding material by a self drill screw(90), and a second upper board(50) stacked on the first upper board and fastened by an adhesive(80). A joint portion of the first upper board and a joint portion of the second upper board are stacked and crossed without overlap, and the first upper board and the second upper board are bonded by the heat resisting epoxy adhesive.
