<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition for pharyngolarynx having the effects of improving vocalization or the like, and to provide a gargle containing the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid composition for pharyngolarynx contains a water-soluble extract which is prepared from black soybean 15-75 wt.% in soluble solids concentration.
