PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet for cargo loading which can surely regulate the protruding of cargo which is loaded on the base by a simple operation without forcing burden upon a worker. SOLUTION: A lid member 20 is openably/closably supported by a supporting member 12 which is erected on a pallet base 11. The lid member 20 is formed into a frame shape, and surrounds the cargo at a lower position than the upper surface of the cargo (a cart for in-flight meals) which is loaded on the pallet base 11 when a cargo entrance 13 is closed. For the cargo which is surrounded by the lid member 20, the movement on the pallet base 11 is regulated. As a result, the protruding from the pallet base 11 is regulated.
