PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shift gears corresponding to the work load of a vehicle when a transmission for a tractor, etc., is electro-hydraulically shifted by driving an actuator. SOLUTION: The tractor is provided with an up-shift switch 3 and a down-shift switch 4 for shifting up/down a first transmission over all the shift positions, and a high/low selector switch 1 for shifting up/down the transmission only within part of the shift positions. When the transmission is shifted by the up-shift switch or the down-shift switch, the rotational power of an engine is transmitted to front and rear wheels through a half-clutch state. When the transmission is shifted by the selector switch 1, the rotation is transmitted to the front and rear wheels without passing through the half-clutch state.
