PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a thermoelectric conversion element wherein junction interface is uniform and thermoelectric characteristic is stable by relaxing and absorbing dispersion in height among a plurality of thermoelectric conversion materials (chips) constituting the thermoelectric conversion element. SOLUTION: The cubic thermoelectric conversion materials 10, 11 are divided by an upper surface 21, a constituent surface, and a plane forming a tilt angleθwith a line l including a point A and a point B orthogonal to a bottom surface 22 opposing the upper surface 21.
