PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing reduced in the number of components and improved in handling performance while maintaining high lubricating and sealing performance. SOLUTION: The cylindrical roller bearing 21 comprises an inner ring member 22 including an inner ring 22a and a spacer 22b located adjacent to the one-side end face of the inner ring 22a, an outer ring 23 having the same axial width as the inner ring member 22, cylindrical rollers 24 as rolling elements arranged between the inner ring 22a and the outer ring 23, a cage 25 for holding spaces between the cylindrical rollers 24, and a seal 26 as a sectionally U-shaped sealing member arranged not to protrude from both ends of the inner ring member 22 and the outer ring 23.
