A structure of refrigerant flow of a heat exchanger is provided to improve the assembly and disassembly performance of pipes by combining the pipes at the tank through the connection member. A structure of refrigerant flow of a heat exchanger comprises a tank(10) combined at the upper and lower sides of plural tubes(30) arranged with a predetermined interval to circulate the refrigerant through the tube; and inlet and outlet pipes(11,12) each combined at the tank to flow and discharge the refrigerant. The tank is divided into front and rear parts. The inlet pipe is combined at one end of the longitudinal direction of the tank to flow the refrigerant to the rear part of the tank. The outlet pipe is combined at the side of the tank to discharge the refrigerant from the front part of the tank. Connection members are manifolds(11a,12a).
