A jigger dyeing machine and a jigger dyeing method are provided to completely solve the problem of the tension and to perform effectively the dyeing process. Two winding rollers(10,10') are installed at the upper portion of a jigger dyeing machine(1) and rotated clockwise and counterclockwise by driving a motor. A dyeing container(20) is equipped at the lower portion of the jigger dyeing machine so that a raw fabric(100) is precipitated into the dyeing container by a guide roller(2) from two winding rollers. A dehydration device(30) is installed between the dyeing container and the winding rollers. Two compression rollers(33,33') are installed at both sides of driving rollers.
