A rubber band for preventing tennis elbow and a method for using the same are provided to reduce the vibration caused at racket's strings when the racket hits a ball so as to minimize the vibration generation in the racket's strings. The rubber band(100) is formed in a ring shape, made out of an elastic rubber material, and has a width of 4 to 8mm, and a cross-section thickness of 0.7 to 1.3mm, wherein the length of the flatly folded state of the ring shape amounts to 50 to 100mm. The rubber band(100) is attached to the racket's strings in such a manner that its both ends are bound in two longitudinal strings(12), selected among the racket's strings, in a figure eight knot, so that the vibration, caused at the racket's strings when the tennis racket(10) hits a ball, is transferred to the rubber band(100) so as to prevent the tennis elbow. |
