Provided is a method for producing a dried-yellow corvina containing a red ginseng ingredient, and thus a production period of a dried yellow corvina is reduced and a characteristic fishy smell of a yellow corvina is removed. The method for producing a dried-yellow corvina containing a red ginseng ingredient comprises the steps of: scraping the scales from a yellow corvina, salting the yellow corvina with three-year-old sun-dried salt, and washing the salted corvina with clean water several times; drying the washed yellow corvina by forcibly convecting a sea wind with proper humidity and temperature using a refrigerating machine; removing skins, fishbones, and impurities from the dried yellow corvina; tearing the dried yellow corvina in a size of 3-5cm and drying the torn yellow corvina for about 24-48 hours; immersing the dried yellow corvina in a red ginseng extraction solution; and forcibly drying the yellow corvina impregnated with red ginseng ingredients using a refrigerating machine.
