PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifying system which facilitates the attachment and detachment of a blood circuit to and from a blood treatment apparatus, facilitates the inventory management and handling of the blood circuits, enables a quick start of the treatment, and reduces man-caused errors. SOLUTION: The blood purifying system is equipped with (a) a blood purifier 40, (b) the blood circuit to transport a liquid selected at least out of blood, a medical solution, a waste liquid, and their mixture, and (c) the blood treatment apparatus which enables the transport of the liquid in cooperation with the blood circuit. The different blood circuits have a plurality of circuit units respectively fixed on different base members. The blood treatment apparatus has a retaining mechanism to retain the plurality of base members. The plurality of circuit units are detachably attached to the blood treatment apparatus by the engagement of the base member and the retaining mechanism, and a treatment mode of a blood purification method is determined by the combination of the circuit units attached to the blood treatment apparatus.
