PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device for not making a user have the unpleasant feeling of being hot after the end of the function of sterilizing a toilet seat at a high temperature after use when the function useful for the user is provided. SOLUTION: A drive means 4 for opening and closing the toilet seat 1 is provided, changeover to a toilet seat sterilizing mode for elevating a heater 2 to a prescribed temperature after use is performed, and the toilet seat 1 is opened and closed for a prescribed number of times after the end of the toilet seat sterilizing mode.
