PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shoes which can promote the health of a human body by irradiation with rays of light of various wavelengths by light emitting diodes and which can be easily manufactured and exhibit high durability and low failure rate. SOLUTION: The shoes with light-emitting function comprise circuit boards which are placed in their inside. Each of the circuit board is provided with at least one light-emitting element which emits rays of light of a specific frequency to a leg and is electrically connected with a switch and a power supply.
