An electric oven is provided to cut down manufacturing cost by making a thermal insulation sheet with a mica sheet, and to improve reliability by stably installing a temperature sensor in an elastic part and restricting movement of the temperature sensor. An electric oven includes a body(100), an upper plate part(400) and a heater assembly(200) having a working coil, a circuit board(220), a heater base(230), an upper thermal insulation sheet(240) and a temperature sensor(250). The working coil is placed in the body to generate electromagnetic force. An upper part of the working coil is surrounded by the upper thermal insulation sheet to shut off heat radiated from the upper plate part to the working coil. An elastic part(260) is integrally formed in the middle of the upper thermal insulation sheet and elastically deformed up and down. The upper thermal insulation sheet is made of mica sheet, and the temperature sensor is installed in an upper part of the elastic part and contacted to a lower part of the upper plate part to sense temperature of the upper plate part. A support tube(270) is mounted between the elastic part and the temperature sensor.
