BIPHASIC SUSTAINED-RELEASABLE ORAL PREPARATION CONTAINING THEOPHYLLINE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A bi-phasic sustained-releasable oral preparation comprising theophylline is provided to minimize rejection symptom of the theophylline by screening bitter taste of the theophylline. The bi-phasic sustained-releasable oral preparation is characterized in that it consists of a theophylline drug having a particle size of 50-400 mesh, an inner solid phase prepared by coating the theophylline drug with water-insoluble polymer and an outer solid phase prepared by continuously coating the inner solid phase with a mixture of hydrophilic polymer, a pharmaceutically acceptable additive and a sweetener. The preparation is in the form of granule or dried syrub agent.
