A string attachment method for a flow test in a surface of an airplane is provided to reduce working hours by promptly and conveniently mounting the string in the surface of the airplane without additional restoring or hardening process. A string for a flow test and a safety wire are cut and manufactured(S1) to attach the string in an outer surface of an airplane, and the string is fastened to the safety wire(S2). The safety wire attached to the string is arranged in the outer surface of the airplane(S3). The safety wire is mounted in the outer surface of the airplane by attaching a tape in an upper part of the safety wire(S4), and air flow is tested in the surface of the airplane(S5). The safety wire is detached from the outer surface of the airplane by removing the tape after finishing the air flow test(S6). The tape is formed of an aluminum foil tape.
