A check valve apparatus of a scroll compressor using a solenoid is provided to prevent the noise caused by the impact between the lead valve and the fixing scroll by integrally combining the solenoid at the outlet pipe. A check valve apparatus of a scroll compressor using a solenoid comprises a casing(111) installed with an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe(115); an orbiting scroll(135) geared with a fixing scroll(133) fixed in the casing to consecutively move and formed with a pair of compression spaces(S); a valve member(141) received in the outlet pipe to relatively move to the opened position where the outlet pipe is opened and to the blocked position where the outlet pipe is blocked to selectively open and close the outlet pipe and to prevent the reverse flow of the refrigerant gas; and a solenoid(142) connected to the valve member to supply the moving force to the valve member.
