A structure for installing a leak detection sensor of an herb medicine extractor is provided to detect outflow of extract promptly, and prevent electric shock or fire by forming an inclined surface in a lower part of a fixing bracket and mounting the leak detection sensor. A heating unit is installed in a lower part of an extraction container(60) installed in an upper part of a body(50), and a control unit(80) is formed in the front of the body to control heating and temperature. A fixing bracket(10) is combined with the body by a screw(13), and an inclined surface(11) is formed in the lower part of the fixing bracket. A through hole(12) is formed in the inclined surface of the fixing bracket, and a leak detection sensor(20) is mounted in the through hole. Electric lamps(30) are installed at both sides of the leak detection sensor. Fire or electric shock is prevented by shutting off power using the control unit in promptly detecting outflow of extract.
