A shuttle line system of a vehicle body is provided to reduce the moving time of the body and increase the productivity according to the installation of plural body transfer units. A shuttle line system of a vehicle body is composed of plural base frames(1) mounted to be arranged in a straight line; a transfer beam(7) installed through the medium of a roller(3) on the base frame to connect the plural base frames at one time, wherein the length is long along the arrangement direction of the base frame by receiving the power of a step motor; a body supporting unit(10) mounted to selectively support the bottom of a body(B) loaded by the base frame; plural body transfer units(30) selectively supporting the bottom of the body laid on the base frame and transferring the body to the base frame of the next process; and a controller controlling the step motor, the body supporting unit, and the body transfer unit.
