The method involves placing a set of pairs of microphones on an axis at different distances from a sound source to record and digitize signals delivered by each microphone. A reference sound signal is recorded at its emission and a sound re-phasing digital signal generated by each microphone is analyzed. Each sound re-phasing digital signal is temporally shifted to compensate the shift during the digital signal analysis. An independent claim is also included for equipment for recording sound based on a sound recording method.
