Disclosed is an antenna device (1) comprising an antenna substrate (21) composed of a separator (23) and solid electrolyte layers (24a, 24b) respectively formed on either side of the separator (23), an antenna pattern (22a) formed on the solid electrolyte layer (24a) and an antenna pattern (22b) formed on the solid electrolyte layer (24b). The antenna patterns (22a, 22b) are composed of a conductive plastic. When a direct current voltage is applied between the antenna patterns (22a, 22b), one of the antenna patterns (22a, 22b) is doped with ions while ions are removed from the other. Namely, one of the antenna patterns (22a, 22b) is made into a conductor while the other is made into an insulator.
