A camera rotating device of a portable terminal is provided to be installed between a lens barrel support and a camera by consisting of inscribed and circumscribed gears so that the rotative camera can be rotated in all sections without sensing the clicking operation. A camera rotating device largely consists of a circumscribed gear(52) and an inscribed gear(51). The circumscribed gear(52) is installed on a rotative lens barrel(31) of a camera(30), by being elastically supported to rotate in an eccentric position separated from a central point on one front end of a rotational shaft(33). The inscribed gear(51) is configured in ring shape where the rotational shaft(33) is assembled, by being concentrically installed with the central point of the rotational shaft(33) of the rotative lens barrel(31) in a round-shaped shaft supporter(34a) of a lens barrel support, so that the circumscribed gear(52) can revolve in engagement with the inscribed gear.
