A method of manufacture an oil separator for a system air-conditioner is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by integrally forming upper and lower corns and a center body. A method of manufacture an oil separator for a system air-conditioner includes the steps of naturally drying a steel pipe after annealing(S1), primarily spinning the annealed steel pipe to form a corn part and a shaft part(S2), forming a hole at an upper part of a body after the primary spinning and plating the steel pipe using a press to fasten an oil discharge pipe(S3), spinning the other side of the steel pipe to form a corn part and a shaft part(S4), removing sludgy and rust in the steel pipe(S5), and assembling the oil supply pipe, the oil discharge pipe, and a drain pipe to form the oil separator(S6).
