PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object plotting device, an object plotting method, a computer program and a recording medium for highly precisely executing a plotting operation without increasing any display space, and for easily identifying connection, and for easily visualizing and identifying inter-block object connection status when lines as line objects connecting block objects are overlapped. SOLUTION: An object plotting device 1 is configured of a CPU 2, a plotting part 9 for plotting a block object and a line object, a program storage part 10 for storing a computer program, a recording medium connection part 11 for reading a computer program from the outside, an object information acquiring part 3 as a means (function realizing means) for realizing functions, a connection information extracting part 4, an overlap route extraction part 5, a plotting order deciding part 6, a line type information storing part 7 and a line type selecting part 8.
