<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system capable of executing the energy management and analysis of buildings respectively owned by a plurality of owners by integrating them into one position. <P>SOLUTION: The energy management system is provided with: a central monitoring apparatus for collecting measurement data from sensors for measuring the operation states and energy consumption of various facilities in buildings 3, 4; a data server 21 for collecting and managing the measurement data concerned with the plurality of buildings 3, 4 whose owners are different through an external network 5; and an analysis apparatus 23 for performing the analytical evaluation of energy management of respective buildings 3, 4 on the basis of the measurement data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
