<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction caused by transient vibration of voltage and current at a gate in a power electronics circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In the driving device or power semiconductor device, when an input signal is inputted, an output signal generation circuit generates an output signal for driving a voltage controlled switching element. When a voltage value exceeds a reference voltage value at a position where the output signal is outputted, a monitor circuit outputs a monitor signal and when the monitor signal is outputted without inputting an input signal, a reset circuit causes the output signal generating circuit to stop generating an output signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
