<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas processing system of an internal combustion engine, improving regeneration efficiency of a filter, by accurately realizing a supply quantity of unburnt fuel required for regeneration, by performing regeneration processing by correcting the supply quantity of unburnt fuel by detecting the exhaust gas temperature, without being influenced by the filter and an oxidation catalyst device, in a constitution having the oxidation catalyst device on the upstream side of the filter (DPF). <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust gas processing system of the internal combustion engine calculates a basic injection quantity (a basic supply quantity of the unburnt fuel) of post-injection in response to an operating condition of the internal combustion engine (an engine), more actually, an engine speed NE and a fuel injection quantity Q (62a); and corrects the basic injection (supply) quantity in response to the exhaust gas temperature TEX1 on the upstream side of the oxidation catalyst device (62b1, and 62b2); and performs the post-injection by calculating the final post-injection quantity (a supply quantity of the unburnt fuel) on the basis of these basic injection (supply) quantity and correction injection (supply quantity) (62c, and 62f). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
