PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device which can quickly replace an optical element so as to prevent the optical element from being damaged by the elastic contact force of a flat spring material for fixing. SOLUTION: The fixing device is provided with a housing 101 which is configured in such a manner that a mirror (m) is fitted in a recessed part 101a and provided with a plurality of screw holes 101c on the ends and a flat spring material 102 which is provided with a luminous flux passage through-hole 102a with respect to the mirror (m), four screw insertion through holes 102b matched with the screw holes 101c respectively, on the circumference of the through-hole 102a and communication holes 102c for communicating the through-hole 102a with the screw insertion through holes 102b. The flat spring material 102 is abutted on the front surface of the mirror (m) projected from the end surface of the housing 101 and the screw insertion through holes 102b are matched with the screw holes 101c of the housing 101 respectively, to screw and fasten screws 103 into the screw holes 101c, so that the mirror (m) is fixed to the housing 101 by the spring pressing force of the abutting part of the flat spring material 102 on the mirror (m).
