PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new liquid form of a premixed piperacillin for being used in parenteral administration to fight against multiple microorganism infections in patients. SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition suitable for parenteral administration comprises a solution containing an effective amount of piperacillin and having pH adjusted to a range of about 6.1 to about 6.9. In an embodiment, the effective amount of the piperacillin is provided in the form of piperacillin sodium, and the concentration of the piperacillin is in a range of about 20 to about 80 mg/ml solution.
