PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a steering shaft capable of preventing the impairment of the watertightness and the sound insulation between the inside and the outside of a cabin caused by a gap formed between a shaft seal and an inner circumferential surface of a hole cover even when the inside of the cabin forms the negative pressure with respect to the outside of the cabin. SOLUTION: In the seal structure of the steering device in which an inner circumferential surface of a shaft seal 1 is fitted to the outer circumferential side of a steering shaft, and fitted to an inner circumferential surface of a hole cover 2 from the inside of the cabin together with the steering shaft, a seal lip 1a to be directed to the inside of the cabin is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft seal 1 while being protruded on the outer circumferential side. Further, an additional seal lip 1c directed from the outer circumferential side to the inner circumferential side of the shaft seal 1 is provided on a face opposite to an end face 2a inside the cabin of the hole cover 2 of the shaft seal 1 while being protruded toward the outside of the cabin from the inside of the cabin in the axial direction of the shaft seal 1.
