PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material for a floor which is easy of color tone adjustment and excellent in caster resistance, cigarette resistance, and impact resistance, can be produced easily, and is excellent also in processing aptitude. SOLUTION: In the decorative material for the floor obtained by laminating a decorative thermoplastic resin sheet on a woody substrate, an intermediate metal layer is formed between the substrate and the decorative sheet, and the depression of the decorative material after a DuPont impact falling test (JIS K 5400-1990) is made 0.7 mm or below. The decorative material for the floor which can be laminated with the woody substrate by a laminater method and is excellent in caster resistance, impact resistance, and cigarette resistance can be provided.
