PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic micro-particle slightly causing non-specific adsorption and to provide a method for producing the magnetic micro-particle. SOLUTION: The method for producing the magnetic micro-particle comprises the following step: (a) a step of removing polypeptides other than a fusion protein of the objective polypeptide to an anchor protein from the surface of the magnetic micro-particle in which the fusion protein is expressed.
